Congratulations Ekachai Uekrongtham!

On May 6, 2009, Singapore/Thai director Ekachai Uekrongtham ("Beautiful Boxer", "The Coffin") was decorated with the "Cavallere dell'Ordine della Stella della Solidarieta Italiana" by the Italian Government at an award ceremony in Bangkok on May 6, 2009.

Good going mate!

Bitter/Sweet

This nifty little film, "Bitter/Sweet" was going to be the Opening Film for the Phuket Film Festival.

It is a shame we had to shutter the Festival as we would have really liked to launch this film to international success.

Hope some distributor out there reads this and picks up the film. It is a great blending of Thai/American culture and sensitivities.
